Board certified physician, Dr. Edward Kahn, attended medical school at the University of Miami in Miami, Florida. His specialized training continued during an orthopaedic residency at the University of California in Irvine, where he spent seven years as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopaedics and was a consultant for the Long Beach Veteran’s Administration. Dr. Kahn is a fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery and member of the Tennessee Orthopaedic Association. He specializes in back and spine surgery. After serving as the former Chief of Surgery, Dr. Kahn is the current Secretary/Treasurer for the medical staff at Methodist Medical Center. Dr. Kahn’s local interests also include representation on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Museum of Oak Ridge and the Oak Ridge Civic Music Association.
