Dr. Jeffrey Uzzle is a board certified physician whose undergraduate study and medical degree were completed at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky. An internship and residency at the University of Louisville Frazier Rehabilitation Center, in Louisville, Kentucky provided further expertise. Dr. Uzzle is a fellow in the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and uses this specialty to focus on improvement in overall function and quality of life for his patients. Because of his commitment to ongoing education, he was awarded the American Medical Association Physicians Recognition Award two years. Dr. Uzzle holds memberships in multiple professional organizations, including the American Association of Electrodiagnostic Medicine, the American Medical Association, and the Tennessee Medical Association.
