Dr. John E. B. Harrison is a board certified physician who obtained his undergraduate and medical degree at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada. His postgraduate education continued in Montreal, Canada, at the Montreal General Hospital, which is a McGill University affiliated teaching hospital. There, he completed his internship, orthopaedic surgical residency, and his Canadian Orthopaedic Board Certification. Following this, he received further training in Exeter, England, in an orthopaedic fellowship concentrating on total joint arthroplasty. Additional fellowship training in hand surgery took place at the Campbell Clinic in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Harrison is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Canada, and is a member of the Tennessee Hand Society.
