Dr. Rick Parsons, board certified surgeon, attended the East Carolina University School of Medicine in Greeneville, North Carolina. During this period his leadership was recognized through his appointment as Class President and as the recipient of the Eugene Furth Research Award. His training and expertise were further refined during an internship and residency at Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Additionally, Dr. Parsons is an American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery published author and presenter on arthroscopic techniques and anterior cruciate repair. His professional memberships include those in the Arthroscopy Association of North America and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
