a workers' compensation program. This ground-breaking system combines
a commitment to timely access, communication, and cost-effective, quality
care.
Timely Treatment
Of the more than 21,000 workers' compensation injuries in the Knoxville area
each year, 75 percent are musculoskeletal in nature. When an employee is
injured, our goal is to ensure fast, effective treatment, timely communication
and prompt return to work. All WorkLink patients
see a Tennessee Orthopaedic Clinics physician at one of our six locations
within 24 to 48 hours of their injury. We use both non-surgical and surgical
treatment plans to best meet the needs of individual patients.
Our dedicated spine center, SpineKnoxville, offers state-of-the-art back treatment including manual therapy and functional capacity exams. On-site physical therapy is also available at select locations.
