Winston Churchill once said, “Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference.” This is especially true of one of our Parkwest employees, Peggy Adams.
If you’ve been to our Parkwest location, chances are you’ve seen or heard Peggy. It is common to see her in the lobby “visiting” with her patients because they’ve requested to speak with her and thank her for all of her hard work and kindness. She always had a smile on her face and goes the extra mile to do what she can to help her patients. Her compassion for others and her can-do attitude truly make her one of those people you can’t help but like!
Dr. Harold Cates receives positive feedback about Peggy frequently during his clinics. “She has such concern for people and a general desire to help others. Her caring heart and attitude caries over in every facet of her life. She is a pleasure to work with, patients ask for her and tell me what a great help she is to them on a daily basis.”
Peggy ensures each patient has a positive experience at TOC, and, more importantly, that they get the care that they deserve. Clinic Director Rhonda Byrd says, “Peggy is the essence of what TOC is: she is caring, devoted and fiercely protective of her patients. She also spills that caring heart over to everyone she works with. She makes certain her doctors and patients have everything they need, which can sometimes include finding medical records from 20 years ago. She is a great cheerleader for TOC.
Thank you, Peggy, for all you do! Congratulations for being this month’s TOC nominee!
