Tennessee Orthopaedic Clinics’ Featured Employee June 2014

TOC’s June Employee Spotlight focuses on an associate that has been with our company for over 27 years. Tracy Kennard has spent those years helping to make our patients’ experiences the best they can be.
Working as an x-ray technician, Tracy currently works at our Oak Ridge location. Her co-workers have nothing but praise for her. They tell us she has a ‘heart of gold’ and that ‘she is always thinking of others’.
Her charitable nature is evidenced in events she participates in. Her most recent example was participating on TOC’s Mud Run team to benefit Knoxville’s Habitat for Humanity. And if you know what a mud run is, you know it takes a lot of grit to get through those courses!
Her good friend, Andrea Thursby tells us why she respects Tracy. “She is one of the most loyal and dependable people I know, but the thing that impresses me most about Tracy is that she always puts her family first.”
On a personal note, Tracy is also very artistic. She enjoys making baskets and wreaths in her spare time. Andrea Thursby, says, “She can take anything and make it into something beautiful. She is one of the most creative people I’ve ever met.
Because of her work ethic and quality of character, Tennessee Orthopaedic Clinics is proud to call Tracy Kennard one of our own! Congratulations, Tracy on being June’s Employee Spotlight.
